Dry Needling is a treatment technique that uses a sterile, single-use, fine filament needle (acupuncture needle) inserted into the muscle to assist with decreasing pain and improving function through the release of myofascial trigger points (also known as knots in the muscle).
Dry needling allows a physical therapist to target tissues that are not manually palpable.
Spinal manipulation combines moving and jolting joints, massage, exercise, and physical therapy to relieve pressure on joints, reduce inflammation, and improve nerve function.
Spinal manipulation is often used to treat back, neck, shoulder, and headache pain, although it can also be used to treat other ailments.
Our personal training is tailored to your specific goals and our therapists work closely with you to ensure you are moving correctly to prevent injury and improve strength and conditioning.
Whether for rehabilitation, an elite athlete, general strength training, fitness or just making a decision to recreate yourself, Juggernaut Physiotherapy will tailor a training plan suitable for you and your goals.

Cameron founded the practice in 2019, bringing extensive experience from various roles with elite sports teams both in Australia and the UK.
Cameron's keen interest in all things anatomical began as a teen when he played cricket for Queensland. After graduating from the University of Queensland as a physiotherapist in 2001, Cameron spent six years working as a Pilates educator for APPI in London, teaching doctors and physiotherapists from around the globe to teach Pilates. While in London he worked with dancers at the English National Ballet, supporting them throughout their various seasons for over three years.
Cameron also spent four years working for the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, travelling the world with their English Premier League. Cameron was the Senior Sports Physiotherapist for team Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Since returning home to Australia in 2014, Cameron completed his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland and was Physiotherapist for the Australian men's gymnastics team at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Cameron employs a wide variety of treatment techniques to achieve the most effective and efficient rehabilitation of all injuries. These include strength and conditioning, clinical Pilates, dry needling, spinal manipulation, muscle energy techniques, active release, kineso taping, and postural re-education and alignment.
